Abstract

Statistical characteristics of Volf number and number of groups sequence distributions and their evolution in time on scales about 100 years are investigated. The statistical semi-empirical model this distributions are represented. The statistical moment’s method in application to a problem of evaluation Volf numbers distribution parameters is discussed.

Key words
